How are our customer reviews collected?

Our customer reviews are collected randomly and anonymously from all our customers by email. We use Shopify's review management tool. To ensure that reviews are written with full knowledge of the facts, review requests are sent several days after the product is downloaded.

Please note: do not confuse us with the CVmaker.fr website!

Many customers of the Dutch CVmaker site contact us because of unwanted subscription charges. If this is the case for you, we invite you to check your invoice which will prove that it is not our site, and to contact the owner of the cvmaker.fr site to stop the charges. We do not offer any subscriptions on our site. If you wish to file a complaint, we advise you to contact the European Consumer Center which has an online form for this purpose.
